The Journey of HealthBoga

Founded by somatic researchers and wellness visionaries, HealthBoga was born from a singular realization: that the modern world moves faster than the human spirit was designed to travel.

We spent a decade studying the physiological effects of chronic stress across urban populations. Our findings led to the development of the 'Boga Method'—a structured return to organic pacing.

The Methodology

Our structure is built on three pillars: Biological Reset, Kinetic Alignment, and Neural Stillness. By addressing the body first, we clear the static that prevents the mind from accessing its innate wisdom.

Somatic council

The founding team includes Dr. Elin Svendsen (somatic psychology), Ryo Tanaka (movitecture) and Dr. Clara Voss (neuroscience). Together they shaped the Boga Method after a five‑year ethnographic study in remote Himalayan and Andean communities.

Their observation: cultures with low incidence of stress‑related disease move in specific, periodic patterns — which became the blueprint for Kinetic Alignment.
